* SELECTION - this entails the identification of suitable individuals from our established pool of candidates

* EXCLUSIVE CONTINGENCY - as above but with an even greater emphasis on headhunting. Enabling a wider search and helping to accelerate the recruitment process

* SEARCH - applying additional headhunting techniques to specifically identify the most appropriate candidates usually adopted for more senior positions.
